FAQ
Do I buy the lights or lease them?
All of our lights are leased, not sold. This allows us to provide you with the highest-quality lights each season without the burden of storage or replacement.
What if a light goes out?
Maintenance is included. If a bulb goes out or something isn’t working, simply contact us and we’ll take care of it within 48 hours.
When do you install and remove lights?
Installations begin in early November, and removals take place in January. We’ll schedule both at a convenient time for you.
Can I customize my design?
Yes. We offer a wide range of colors, patterns, and layouts. During your consultation, we’ll work with you to create a display that fits your home perfectly.
Do I need to be home for installation or removal?
Not at all. As long as we have access to the installation areas, you don’t need to be present.
Can I add or change my design in future years?
Absolutely. Because the lights are leased, you can upgrade or change your look every season.
